Short version: your chart, your birth details and your questions stay in your own browser. We do not run analytics, ads or trackers. If you subscribe, Stripe handles the payment.
The date, time and sex you enter, any optional profile name or email, the questions you ask and the readings are kept in your browser’s local storage on your device. The calculations run in your browser. We never receive this information. Clearing your browser data for goodq.app erases it.
When you choose a plan you go to a checkout page run by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects your email, card details and billing address to take the payment and to run its customer portal, under Stripe’s privacy policy. Rootchakraholy Inc. receives from Stripe the email address, the plan, the payment status and the country, so we can answer support requests, issue refunds and send notices required for your subscription (for example a price change). We never receive your full card number. Your chart and questions are never sent to Stripe or to us.
After checkout your browser stores a Stripe checkout reference, so this device stays unlocked.
The site is served by GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub may log technical request data such as IP address and browser type for security; we do not use those logs to track you.
No analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no selling or sharing of personal information.
To delete what is stored in your browser, clear this site’s data. To ask about or delete the subscription details we hold, email taraachen@rootchakraholy.com.
